Regulations  Pending

Currently, 21 states have begun mandating their own state regulations to produce and sell CBD products with .national FDA regulations expected to be forthcoming.  Additionally, 9 of those states and 11 others had their Attorneys General write a letter to Congress.

State Attorneys General – 10 Democrats and 10 Republicans – were trying to prod Congress into addressing “the glaring vagueness created in the 2018 Farm Bill that has led to the proliferation of intoxicating hemp products across the nation and challenges to the ability for states and localities to respond to the resulting health and safety crisis.”  The letter ended with the Attorney Generals urging Congress “in the strongest possible terms to address this reckless policy.”

  • Accurate Labeling - Wisconsin Hemp Sciences, LLC will create ALL formulas for Ambary Solutions, LLC.  Each ingredient will be organic and meticulously measured for optimum potency and quality.  Our labeling will always be consistent and accurate.

  • Presence of THC and a Chance of a Positive Drug Test - There will NEVER be THC present in any of our product lines.  Our CBD extraction process creates a CBD crystallite that is 99.9% pure.  There is NO chance of a experiencing a positive drug test from using any of our CBD products.

 

  • Contain Toxic Heavy Metals or Pesticides - Every acre of land will be tested by Wisconsin Hemp Sciences, LLC for heavy metals and pesticides BEFORE a grower is certified as an Ambary Solutions, LLC grower.  Additional testing will be done at harvest time and during the extraction process.  There will NEVER be toxic heavy metals or pesticides in any of the CBD used in our products.

 

  • Accurate CBD Presence & Bioavailability - With 99.9% CBD crystallite, the main ingredient content in our products will always be accurate.  Because of purity, potency, and bioavailability, our products will have more consistent benefits than the competition, even when using a lower dosage of CBD in our products.

 

  • Purity Testing - Even with the extraction to 99.9% pure CBD crystallite, additional testing will always be conducted to ensure purity in every product we create.
